My stay at Palais-Riad Razala & Spa was simply wonderful. The welcoming staff made me feel at home right from the start. I enjoyed the peaceful rooftop terrace and the refreshing pool, a perfect escape from the Medina's hustle and bustle. The only minor hiccup was a little confusion regarding taxi transfers that I had to navigate.

My stay at Palais-Riad Razala & Spa was a good experience overall. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always there when I needed assistance. However, the location is in a bit of a disheveled area, and it took me a little while to get accustomed to the noise from the neighboring rooms, especially one night when footsteps and a flushing toilet disrupted my sleep.

I had an very nice five-night stay at Palais-Riad Razala & Spa. The warm welcome from Amine set the tone, and the beautiful ambiance of the Riad was a peaceful escape from the Medina's hustle. While the location was fascinating, being slightly away from the main attractions made it feel more authentic. Overall, an lovely experience topped with superb service and delicious cuisine.
